Ingredients

    1.5 pounds lean stewing beef (1.5 inch cubes)
    1 large chopped onion
    3 medium bubed potatoes
    12 oz baby carrots
    10oz thawed frozen lima beans
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    8oz frozen choped mixed peppers
    1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
    0.5 cup beef broth
    3 tsp paprika
    2 tsp salt
    16oz can whole tomatoes

Directions

Put first 8 ingredients into crockpot. Mix the broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes in separate bowl. Pour liquid mixture over ingredients in crockpot and stir to blend. Cook on low 10 to 12 hrs or high 5 to 6 hrs. Serves 6.
