Introduction

Vegetables & whole wheat pasta Vegetables & whole wheat pasta

Ingredients

    Two cups whole wheat pasta - dry
    Two green bell peppers
    Two medium tomatoes - diced
    One small can sliced black olives (2.25 oz) drained
    1/4 cup sliced banana peppers - too taste
    1/3 cup of light Italian dressing
    3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese




Tips

Add more vegetables and less pasta to reduce carbs and calories.


Directions

Cook, drain and cool pasta. Add the rest of the ingredients to cooled pasta. Mix and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
