Ingredients

    1 can white kidney beans (cannellini beans), rinsed well
    2 Tbsp tahini paste
    1/4 C. olive oil
    Juice of 1 fresh lemon
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 small red onion
    1 tsp cumin powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I used the " Vitamix" blender and it came out creamy.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
