1 bag broccoli slaw
1 bag romaine lettuce
1 lg red onion
1/2 c craisins
1 c chow mein noodles (add last after dressing, just before serving)
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4-1/3 c poppy seeds
Directions
Mix together the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, brown sugar and poppy seeds.
Mix together broccoli slaw, romaine lettuce, red onion, craisins.
Pour over dressing on the salad and then just before serving add chow mein dressing
