Ingredients

2 tsp. butter or other oil
1 large egg
1 Tbsp water
1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Flour (or Almond meal or Atkins baking mix)
1 Tbsp Flax meal
1/3 tsp baking powder
dash salt
1/4 tsp Splenda
Tips
add more splenda and cinnamon for a delicious cinnamon roll.
Directions
In standard cereal bowl or smaller bowl for english muffin size. microwave butter 20 sec. to melt. Add water (can use milk or other liquid) and egg. Beat together then add the rest of the ingredients in order. Stir with fork until well combined. keep in same bowl or spread in square container. microwave for 1 1/2 minute or until set. invert and cool slightly before slicing for toast or sandwich bread.
