Ingredients

    12 cups organic vegetable broth
    16 oz baby carrots
    400 g parsnips
    200 turnips
    1 cup barley, raw
    1 cup chopped onion
    75 g fresh mushrooms
    15 oz chicken breast, no skin
    1 cup chopped celery with leaves
    2 tsp salt
    3 bay leaves
    2 tbs parsley

Directions

Throw everything in the crock pot. Cook on low overnight, it's perfect in the morning.
