    6 c. cooked elbow macaroni,( You can use whatever type you like)
    1/2 Medium Tomato, Diced
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 large cucumber, diced small
    3 hard boiled eggs, diced VERY small
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. Low Fat Ranch Dressing
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, (Use whatever blend you like most)


1. Use whatever is you favorite Pasta.
2. Season with your favorite Mrs. Dash Blend. You can vary it from time to time to change the flavor a little.
3. Add grated Cheese and diced chicken for added calories.


Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain and cool. Boil eggs to hard boiled stage. Drain and cool, then chopped VERY fine. While these are cooking, mix together vegetables. Add cooled Macaroni and egg. Add Ranch Dressing and Mrs. Dash. Mix all together well. Chill for another 2 hours to allow everything to blend in flavor.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1 c. servings
