Ingredients

    6 Celery Stalks chopped
    1/2 bag of Baby Carrots chopped
    1/4 cup Green Peppers
    1/4 cup Red Peppers
    3 tbsp Trader Joe's Tuscan Italian Dressing

Tips

Additional vegetables like cucumbers and/or tomatoes can be added.


Directions

Chop the celery, baby carrots, green and red peppers. Place in a small bowl, add the dressing and mix well. Place in the refridgerater and chill for half hour. Enjoy!
