Ingredients

    2 Cucumbers (with peel),
    2 medium wholeRed Ripe Tomatoes,
    4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives,
    Salt, 1 tsp (to taste)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp, to taste
    3 tbsp fresh basil, 3 tbsp chopped finely
    1 tbsp fresh parsley 1 tbsp chopped finely

Tips

This tastes great alone or on lettuce. If you let the salt pull out some of the juice from the veggies you will not need to add extra dressing.


Directions

chop all ingredients and toss in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes for flavors to mingle
