Introduction

This is the result of a lot of stuff I had in the fridge and pantry. This is the result of a lot of stuff I had in the fridge and pantry.

Ingredients

    1 can kidney beans
    1 can chickpeas/garbanzo
    1 can black beans
    Sundried tomatoes
    Garlic
    Spices to taste
    Olive oil
    Whatever you want for flavor

Directions

Add whatever you want, as much as you want! The pumpkin seeds were because I had them, as were the sundried tomatoes. Also delicious with cheese. Add olive oil and vinegar to taste/texture. Super flexible.
