Ingredients

    1/4 c.Honey
    1/4 c. Orange Juice
    3T. Soy sauce (tamari)
    1 clove Garlic minced
    1/4 t. Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    1T. Corn Starch
    1T. Vegetable Oil
    1 package Mixed Vegetables, frozen (stir fry)
    1/3 c. Almonds sliced
    1 lb. Chicken Breast or Tenders

Directions

Mix honey, juice, soy sauce and minced garlic and ginger. Add cornstarch and mix again. Set aside. Use oil to cook chicken in skillet. Just as the chicken is finished cooking add the above mixture. When it thickens you know it's done!

Goes great with a box of Near East Rice.
