Ingredients

    4oz 85/15 Ground Beef
    6oz Baby Carrots
    1.33 cups Peas, frozen
    1 4.4 oz cup of ready to serve brown rice
    1 cup Lima Beans
    1 cup chopped Zuchinni
    1 pkt sodium free beef bouillon
    1-2 cups water

Directions

1. Scramble fry the beef and drain excess fat.
2. Chop carrots into smaller pieces.
3. Drain and rinse lima beans.
4.
Combine all ingredients in large skillet over med/low heat and cook until veggies are crisp tender.

The combo of bouillon and water should make a nice sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
