Ingredients

    200g beef flank steak
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup brocoli
    1 tbls olive oil
    1 tbls soy sauce
    1 tbls worcestershire sauce
    1 tbls balsamic vinegar
    150g fettuccini

Tips

if you like spicy you can add chilli sauce


Directions

Boil pan of water for fettuccini, heat olive oil in pan, add beef cook for a minute then add onions cook for further minute, add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce & worcerstershire and cook for further minute. Meanwhile add fettuccini to water and cook for recommended time, add brocoli & mushrooms, lower heat and cook for further 10 mins

Serving Size: 1 cup of fettuccini & 1 cup of beef & veg
