Ingredients

    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 can of tuna in brine, drained
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 spring onions , chopped
    3 tbsp of light mayo
    2 tsp of curry powder

Tips


Tip: for extra flavor, set aside int he fridge for an hour or two


Directions



Chop up the hard-boiled eggs and mix them thoroughly with tuna and mayo till you have the consistency you deisre. Toss in the chopped peppers and onion, then add the curry powder.


Serving Size: Makes for 4 wraps/sandwiches or 2 bowls alone
