    Garlic Cloves
    Onion
    Olive Oil
    1 tsp Sundried tomatoe in Olive Oil

Directions

chop onions and garlic, saute in Olive Oil. Add Spinach, sundried tomatoes and halved cherry tomatoes. Saute and serve

    I do not particularly like sauted spinach so I just let it wilt in the pan. Very good! I also added fresh ground pepper and a squeese of lemon juice - 10/4/13
