Introduction

Made from stuff I have in my fridge & Pantry! Made from stuff I have in my fridge & Pantry!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 cups fresh Broccoli, chopped
    1.5 cups fresh carrots, chopped
    2 cups brown rice, precooked
    1 lb. turkey breast meat, cooked, chopped
    1 jar low fat turkey gravy
    .5 cup almonds, toasted
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

-Blanche carrots & broccoli in boiling water for 3 min.
-In med-large casserole dish, combine all remaining ingredients except for almonds.
-Bake at 375 for 30 min.
-Add almonds to top of casserole.
-Bake additional 15 min.

Serving Size: Makes about five 1.5 cup servings
