Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onion - Digestible Carbs Only, .125 cup
    Salsa-GreatValue Med *Digest Carbs Only, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, Jalapeņo - *Digest Carbs Only, 1 tbsp
    Ground beef, lean, 4 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded
    Sour Cream
    *Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce, 1 tsp
    Cumin
    Chili Powder

Directions

Season meat with cumin and chili powder and cook in frying pan until done.

Chop lettuce and other toppings, mix together and serve.
