    Wild Rice, .5 cup
    Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup
    Almonds, .33 cup, slivered
    Peas, frozen, 0.33 cup
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
    Smoked Salmon, 4 oz
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), .33 cup

Directions

Cook rice in a rice cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Serve room temp or cold.
