Ingredients

    2 c Zucchini
    2 c Summer Squash
    2 c Carrots
    6 pods Okra
    1 Large onion
    .2 tbsp olive oil mist
    1 serving Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix
    .25 tsp. McCormick Grillmates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    4 cloves garlic, minced

Tips

You can really add whatever veggies you want and even put in some small red potatoes, maybe cabbage, just some other ideas.


Directions

Get a very big piece of tin foil and double it up, spray with Pam, Cut all veggies up, spray with Olive Oil, sprinkle with Good Seasons mix and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Put minced garlic in, mix all veggies together so everything is coated evenly, close tin foil up making a packet and put in grill. Grill for 20-25 minutes
