Ingredients

    4 cups freshly made black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c cooked quinoa (1/4 c dry)
    1 c rolled oats, blended to make a breadcrumb like texture
    2 Tbsp ketchup
    1 Tbsp onion powder
    1/4 c yellow bell pepper, minced
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    dash tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    Pam cooking spray


Directions

spray grill pan with Pam. Mash black beans using food processor to get a rough chop, leaving some beans in larger pieces for texture. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Form 8 patties, and place on wax paper. Refrigerate or freeze for 15 minutes to keep patties together. Cook on grill pan over stovetop.
