Ingredients

-1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
-2 cups of Almond Milk
-2TB of all-natural creamy Peanut Butter (salted)
-1.5 medium Bananas, mashed
-1 tablespoon of Honey
-1 teaspoon of Almond Extract
Tips
When mashing bananas, use a fork! Add lemon juice if the bananas are not quite ripe enough to mash easily.
Directions
Place chia seeds, almond milk, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Stir together till distributed evenly.
Add mashed up bananas, honey, and almond extract. Stir again with a fork until all lumps and bumps and smoothed out.
Let sit for 10 minutes, stir.
Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For best results, let sit overnight!
