Introduction

One of my favorite salads of all time! Quick and super easy! One of my favorite salads of all time! Quick and super easy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half of a cucumber (with peel), chopped
    1/8 cup red onion
    1 tbsp fresh cilantro
    1/8th cup of feta cheese
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop cucumber and onion to desired size, I do fourths for the cucumber. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, feta cheese, and cilantro. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
