Ingredients

    Iceberg (or romaine) lettuce
    1/2 Tomato
    1/2 Cucumber
    1-2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
    2 Tsp hot sauce
    2 Tbsp FF Italian dressing
    Black pepper
    Spices (optional) (garlic powder, oregano, etc.)

Tips

Go easy on the hot sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Add beans/tofu if you are vegetarian, or lean meat if you are not vegetarian and require protein.
Don't be afraid to double the ingredients if you need a larger portion for a meal.


Directions

Chop 2 tbsp onions, lettuce, and slice half a tomato. In a large bowl, mix the above ingredients with 2 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp fat-free Italian dressing, and hot sauce if you want the extra kick. Add pepper, garlic, basil, or oregano if desired.
