Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Walnuts
    2.5 cups whole dates
    1 cup raw cocoa
    1 cup chopped almonds
    1/4 tsp sea salt

Tips

HINT: if mixture seems to crumb rather than stick together cut up a few more dates and process just long enough to mix and then do the wrap and freeze!


Directions

Place walnuts in food processor and finely grind nuts. Add Cocoa and salt and pulse to mix, add dates 1 at a time while running food processor (will look like cake crumbs when done). Add almonds but do not process till they to are ground, just long wnough to mix.
Place a piece of plastic wrap in a bowl or pan big enough to hold the mixture and put mixture in the bowl or pan. Press into a ball shape and cover with another plastic wrap. Wrap these all together and press into a solid ball. Freeze for about an hour, cut to size and wrap in pieces of plastic wrap to keep. Keep refrigerated.

Serving Size: Divide into 16 Pieces
