Started making this as a high healthy fat/fiber breakfast. Added the cocoa powder and wow this is delicious. Can either be a filling breakfast or the most healthy desert you'll ever have. Ingredients

    1/4 cup Ground Flax Meal
    1 T ground cinnamon
    .5 T Unsweetned Cocoa Powder
    1/2 cup water
    2 T Creamy Peanut Butter

Optional- Add some banana slices or crushed nuts or a few chocolate chips (not in nutritional info)

*note, I just kinda add the cinnamon and cocoa until it looks right. I think its about these amounts. This idea works with oatmeal as well as flax

Tips

Yeah, its 300 calories, but its high in healthy fats and provides half of your daily fiber! Plus some protein with only 7 net carbs for you low carbers out there.

Directions

Add a quarter cup ground flax to a microwave safe bowl

Add the cinnamon and cocoa powder

Add 1/2 cup of water and mix with spoon. Add a small splash more water, I find it mixes with the PB better this way

Microwave for 1:15-1:30 on high

Take out and add 2 Tablespoons Peanut butter and stir well.
