Ingredients

    2 C Feta cheese
    2 bunches green onions
    3 Roma tomatoes
    1 T EVOO

Tips

Serve cold with bread or on lettuce as a dressing for a salad.


Directions

Chop green onions, tomatoes, and feta (unless already crumbled) and combine in large bowl or serving platter. Pour EVOO and gently mix.
