    1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Butter Spread
    1 Tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 cup chicken stock
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup mushrooms, pieces or diced


1. Melt butter in saucepan, then add mushrooms.
2. Cook mushrooms until browned, then add flour.
3. Add stock and milk to mixture and continue cooking on medium heat for 10 minutes until soup is thickened.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving of soup
