Introduction

Pour milk into small saucepan.
Add Powerderd cheese (I use 1 Pkg. from a box of Mac & Cheese
Wisk cheese sauce mix with milk until well blended
Put 1/2 C. Cold tap water into a cup and add a small bit of corn starch-about 1/10 C. and mix well.
Stir cornstarch mixture into cheese sauce and whisk until thickened. Turn on very low and stir frequently
Slice unpeeled potatoes as thin as possible. (I use a salad shooter)
Spray pan with non stick spray very well
Spread out half of the potatoes evenly
Pour half the cheese sauce over first layer. Use a spoon to make sure sauce is spread over all potatoes
Spread ;ast layer of potatoes topping with remaining cheese sauce.
Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees until potatoes are done and bubbly

Tips

You can substitute fat free milk for even less calories. To lower the sodium count use Mrs Dash instead of Salt and Pepper.


Directions
