Ingredients

    2c.Brown Rice Flour
    1 1/2c. Tapioca Flour
    4 tsp. Baking Powder
    2 tsp. Sea Salt
    3Tbsp Raw Sugar
    4 Eggs
    1/2c. Smart Balance Spread (melted)
    2c. Low-Fat Buttermilk
    1/2c. Frozen Blueberries
    1tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Whisk in wet ingredients
3. Mix in blueberries.
4. Oil waffle iron and ladle in batter and cook according to your waffle iron directions.
