    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 cup applesauce unsweet
    4 eggs
    3 1/3 flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp cloves

serve plain, buttered or with cream cheese

Directions

preheat oven to 350...combine pumpkin, sugar,water, applesauce and eggs. Beat until well mixed. measure flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder in separate bowl, add to pumpkin.

grease two 9x5 loaf pans...divide batter cook for 60-70 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes
