Ingredients

    2 packets of artificial sweetner
    5 eggs
    soy flour 3/4 cup
    almond flour 1 cup
    cornmeal 1/4 cup
    flaxseed 1 tbsp
    2 tsp baking powder




Directions

With mixer cream eggs & splenda.
Beat in flour & baking powder.
Divide into 12 cup muffin tin.
Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees.
