Ingredients

    6 Eggs
    1 cup of heavy cream
    1 cup of swiss cheese
    1 cup of dices onions
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    1/3 lb of bacon chopped
    1 package croissant dough
    1 dash of pepper
    1 dash of salt
    2 tbsp cider vinegar

Tips

The croissant dough got mixed reviews, feel free to substitute pie crust.

Place spring form pan on a cookie sheet to prevent possible leakage.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a pan cook bacon until crispy. Drain some of the grease. Add the onions and garlic until translucent. Add Collards and vinegar saute until wilted.

In a bowl beat the eggs together. Add the Whipping Cream, salt, and pepper. Mix in Swiss cheese, and Collard mix.

In the bottom of a 9 inch Spring form pan press the croissant dough.
Pour mixture into the spring form pan, and bake for 60 minutes.
