Introduction

One of my children's and I's favorite Autumn squashes! One of my children's and I's favorite Autumn squashes!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Spaghetti Squash
    sea salt
    Bragg's Seasonings
    cooking spray

Tips

If you cut the squash width wise, you will get long spaghetti like strands. If you cut it length wise you will get mushy short strands, that do not resemble spaghetti at all.

Directions

Cut whole squash in half, widthwise, so you have two short pieces, versus two long pieces. Spray with cooking spray, salt with sea salt, and use Bragg's seasonings, or other such seasonings to taste. Put on a cooking or baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven and let set for 5 minutes. Use fork to take strands out of squash and serve!
