Ingredients

    1.5 c. bran 3 c.whole wheat flour
    1/2 oatmeal 1 c raisins or berries
    1.5c soy milk 1/2 c.egg beaters
    2tsp baking powder 1 c. honey
    2tsp baking soda 4 tbls cooking oil
    1 cup of apple sauce or bananas.
    Stir together Bran,oatmeal,soda,baking powder.Than put raisins in.set a side.Beat egg beaters,milk,honey,oil apple sauce than sir in to flour etc.just mix until it mixed well.
    I change it around with different flours and some juice
    I may use 1c rye flour or 1c graham flour.Some time the can be a like dry.

Tips

I change it around with different flours 1cup of 3 flours
I put ground flax seeds
I may use crushed pineapple.Each time I make it it is a little different.


Directions

Bake at 350% for about 15to 20 mins
