Delicious hearty breakfast smoothie for a cold winter morning. I decided to try warm smoothies because I am a smoothie fan and I live in Northern Canada, which does not leave one craving frozen things in the morning! I will be periodically experimenting with warm smoothies and this is attempt number one. Delicious hearty breakfast smoothie for a cold winter morning. Ingredients

    8oz Almond Milk, unsweetened
    1/4c rolled oats
    1/2 medium banana
    1 apple, cooked
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
    1 tsp Splenda or Brown Sugar Splenda

Directions

Warm the almond milk and apples together in the microwave until the apple is soft. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Instant breakfast!

Serving Size: Makes 1 Magic Blender sized smoothie.
