Ingredients

2 or 3 cups cooked Mustard greens
1/4 cup of boiled precooked ham, shredded
    1/4 cup braised onions
    few drops of sesame oil
one jalapeņo cut into small pieces

Tips

Hint; use separate pots/pans to cook each ingredient. Then put together as instructed.

Any greens can be used, even bok choy, but different greens take different cooking times to cook until tender.

Directions

If you have fresh greens you cook them until tender, about 4 minutes. I used a fully cooked ham that i portioned and froze the rest, saving a little out for this meal. I then boiled the ham, (some of it was on a bone) until the fat cooked off and i drained all into sink leaving meat only. Separately braise the onions in some sesame oil drops with the jalapeņo pieces. After the onions are translucent, add the ham. Cook for about 4 min on low heat. Then add the greens, salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
