Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    250 g of mixed seeds
    3 tbsp. of coconut flour = 45ml
    4 tbsp. psyllium husk = 60ml
    A pinch of sea salt
    A pinch of ground fennel (i don't like fennel so used cardamom instead)
    100 ml of olive oil, or other oil (just under 1/2 c)
    250 ml of boiling water (1 cup)

Tips

I used a pizza cutter to make break lines before baking, this helped to shape and not break crispbreads.
