Introduction

My husband has hit the gluten free bandwagon, I found an all purpose baking mix that made a banana bread that tasted pretty good. My husband has hit the gluten free bandwagon, I found an all purpose baking mix that made a banana bread that tasted pretty good.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Butter
    2 Eggs
    3 mashed Bananas
    3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    2 tbsps Honey
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 Milk
    2 cups Pure Pantry All Purpose Baking Mix

Tips

Replacements
Butter - Butter Substitute
Eggs - Eggs replacement
Honey - Agave
Soy milk - any milk you like


Directions

Pre-heat oven, grease 9" loaf pan or muffin tin. In a large bowl beat butter (room temperature), brown sugar, honey and vanilla. When well mixed add eggs and mashed bananas. Then add flour and milk alternately until mixed. Pour into pan & bake loaf - 45 min & 35 mins for muffins.

Serving Size: 1+ loaf or 12 muffins
