Ingredients

Garlic powder, .5 tsp
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .25 tbsp
*Kraft Light Mayonaise With Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt, .25 tsp
Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
Chili powder, .5 tsp
*Crushed Chili Pepper Flakes, .5 tsp
*Fresh lemon juice, 3 tsp
*Boneless, skinless chicken breast made into thin Filleys, 8 oz
Directions
Wash the chicken breast and add chili powder, salt, lemon juice, light mayonaise.Mix well and keep aside.
Take 1/2 a cup of bread crumbs, add garlic salt and oregano and basil (dried) and add and mix into the bread crumbs.
Take the chicken breast roll it in the bread crumbs and put it on a foil pan. Don't forget to spray the pan with some olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F or 180 C.
Eat with Marinara Sauce or Salsa.
