A very fulling and protein packed version of traditional pancakes. A very fulling and protein packed version of traditional pancakes.
Number of Servings: 2


    1/4 cup low fat plain yoghurt
    1/2 cup oat flour (grind traditional oats in blender)
    25g of protein powder/one serving of protein powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup of strawberries or alternative fruit of choice
    sweetener to taste
    1/8 cup of water (adjust for desired consistency)


Serve with low sugar jam, light cream cheese, maple syrup, low fat whipped cream or light yoghurt.


Mix oats in blender to get a flour like consistency. Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.

Pour desired portion of mixture into a heated frying pan. When pancakes bubble, flip and cook the other side is golden brown.
