    1 cup Silk Light plain soy milk
    1/2 cup YoLite vanilla yogurt
    1/2 ripe banana
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 scoop Spirutein Vanilla powder


Nutrient rich! Filling, and delicious!


Put soy milk and Spirutein in Ninja and pulse to dissolve. Add other ingredients, pulse again until desired consistency. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one lunch or 2 snacks.
