    2 pices of cod
    1 cup medium brown rice
    small can of chicken broth
    1 diced carrot
    2 dice sticks of celery
    salt and pepper
    dash of hot sauce

put everything into a crock pot and let slow cook for 2 plus hours then eat when ready
