berry cobbler- use whichever berries you prefer;D berry cobbler- use whichever berries you prefer;D
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups berries
    1 cup sugar (in my case, xylisweet)
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

preheat oven 375 F
Stir together berries & sweetener & let set 20 min's.

In lg bowl stir flour, baking powder, salt & milk.
add in melted butter, stir until blended, spread in ungreased 8" pan
spoon berries over batter
bake 45-55 min's (50 min's worked for us:D)
