Ingredients

1 lb of dried navy beans
1/4 cup oil
4 strips of bacon
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup Mr spice Organic salt free honey BBQ sauce
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper, ground
2 1/2 cups of boiling water
Directions
soak beans over night, drain in the morning. Add more water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit about 1 1/2 hrs.
Add oil to pan, heat on med high, add garlic, onions and bacon, cook until onions are transplant aprox 10 minutes
add bbq sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and cayanne pepper.
Drain beans and add to slow cooker, add onion mixture and stir. Add 2 1/2 cups of boiling water, stir.
Set slow cooker for 8 hours on low.
