Introduction

Using my Nicer Dicer I diced the Onion,Carrot,Cucumber,Celery,and tomatoes into small squares.
Lined the plate with the red lettuce and lay the diced ingredients in the centre of my plate .. I arranged the Olives around the plate added the Cooked Chicken and dribbled basil enfused olive oil over the veggies .

Ingredients

    Half small head of red lettuce.
    Half a medium white onion.
    2 baby carrots.
    0.3 od a cup of cucumber with skin.
    0.5 cup of celery .
    6 grean olives.
    4baby tomatoes.
    Approx half a cooked chicken breast.
    I tablespoon of basil enfused olive oil.
