4 Bean Chili with Beef-Quick and Easy 4 Bean Chili with Beef-Quick and Easy
Number of Servings: 14


    Ground beef, lean, 1.75 - 2 lbs
    Stewed Tomatoes, 2-28 oz. cans
    Beans, black, 1-15.5 oz can
    Beans, red kidney, 1-15.5 oz can
    Beans, pinto, 1-15.5 oz can
    Beans, white, 1-15.5 oz can
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Wahoo Chili Seasoning, 4 Tbsp. (optional - can be substituted for 2 Tbsp Cumin and 2 Tbsp Chili Seasoning)


Cook beef and onions until brown and tender. Drain and rinse beans and add to beef and onions. Add remaining ingredients and cook until hot. (Can also be cooked in a crock pot if so desired)


Makes 14 - 1 Cup Servings
