Ingredients

    2 oz lettuce, roughly torn, about 2 cups
    1 ounce tomato, chopped, about 1/4 medium fruit
    1/4 cup cucumber slices, about 2-3 slices
    1/4 medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    Freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp craisins
    1 teaspoon sunflower kernels

Directions

Toss vegetables together and top with the remaining ingredients.
