Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Beef stew meat
1 T. canola oil
5 large carrots, cut into 3/4" chunks
1 large Onion, cut into 8ths
5 Potatoes, cut into 8ths
1 stalk celery, cut into 3/4" chunks
1 C. frozen Peas, thawed
2 T. LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
3 Beef bouillon cubes
1/2 C. Flour
6 C. Water
1 t. Sugar
Directions
In a large soup kettle, place oil, stew meat and onions. Saute till meat is browned and juices run clear. Add remaining ingredients (except for peas, flour and water), then add flour and toss to coat ingredients evenly with flour. Pour in water, add peas and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for two or three hours, or overnight in your crockpot. Serve with biscuits or French bread.
