    125 ml 1%milk
    40gram dry short grain rice
    1 large apple stewed
    few drops of vanilla extract
    a dash of cinnamon
    a little bit of water to stew the apple in


Cook the milk on very weak heat with the rice aproximately 50 minutes.
Peel and microwave the able until stewed with vanilla, cinnamon and water.
Mix the rice and stewed apple together with a little liquid sweetner.
Serve in a high glass.
