Ingredients

    3 oz part-skim, fresh mozzarella, sliced thin
    4 medium tomato slices
    ˝ Tbs chopped basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbs balsamic vinaigrette
    1 Flatout® Multi-Grain with Flax Flatbread, sprayed with cooking oil

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Marinate mozzarella, tomato, garlic salt and basil in Balsamic Vinaigrette for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook lightly oiled Flatout in 350°F oven directly on grate for 7 minutes.
4. Top with marinade, return to oven and cook 7 more minutes. Remove, cut into slices and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 2 pizza servings
